Design, develop and support a multi-user accessible system to replace an existing spreadsheet-based furniture removal booking system.

- Working with the owners of EEZI MOVE to understand their business and specific requirements, we designed, developed and implemented a vehicle management system that is accessible to multiple users.
- Each user has a complete snapshot of up-to-date bookings across multiple vehicles, covering multiple routes for any selected period.
- From day one the owners and office managers have been involved in continually upgrading and expanding the system to improve the functionality required for their specific business requirements.

Each driver gets an electronic copy (PDF) allowing them to :
- take responsibility for stock before leaving by comparing totals
- allocate stock to each individual trip according to details on their sheet
- know how much stock is required for each trip, and identifying potential shortages early in the day
- be proactive and order additional stock before shortages are encountered

- We developed a web-based survey management system to allow the capturing of surveys.
- UI design and UX process flow were designed and specified by THE SURGERY and we developed a custom framework to match the requirements.

TRANSLATION INTERFACE
Any number of languages can be accommodated through addition using the administration interface
- Multi-level user access allows translaters to required modules, while blocking Super Administrative functions
- The translator also allows for socio-demographic specific formulas to ensure normalised data for analysis
- Questions and sample answer sets are prepared in English, and translators provided with English base for translation
- Intelligent place markers allow for data driven text replacements while maintaining proper sentence structure for the language being translated
- Data collection is done based on id referncing, which allows for resultsets and data analysis to be published in any language
SURVEY PUBLISHING
A fun and intuitive interface improves survey results
- The UI and UX were designed by THE SURGERY with a 'Mobile first' approach
- We developed the data and functional layers used to be compatible with all devices.
- Respondents get to choose their own SVG avatar, with adjustable hair, skin colour etc.
- The user's own customised avatar is scaled and used throughout the survey where applicable
- Cookies are used to keep track of anonyous response ids and progress.
